Advertiser Partners
Your advertising should be as impressive as the business behind it.
The best advertisement only works if the right people see it.
The association magazine is the only member communication funded entirely through associate member advertising, making it one of the association’s most valuable member benefits. Advertising in the magazine ensures that your ad reaches members through content they already trust and turn to—a highly targeted way to promote your business while supporting a publication that strengthens the association.
What we can do for you.
Great advertising starts with the right message. We work with you to develop compelling ad copy that captures attention, communicates your value and inspires action—creating content that resonates with your audience across print and digital platforms, from first idea to final proof.
From there, our award-winning designers bring your vision to life, creating polished print and digital ads that reflect your brand and deliver results, whether that’s a full-page magazine ad, digital graphics, or a complete campaign.
Smart strategy. Real results.
Underlying it all is a clear strategy: we take the time to understand your business, goals and audience before recommending solutions that maximize your investment—whether you’re building brand awareness, launching a new product or expanding into new markets.
We will help you build a strategic distribution plan, identifying the best publications, placements and timing to reach your ideal audience, and handling the scheduling and execution so your message connects with the people most likely to become your next customer.

What is a Double Truck?
Double Truck Advertising Guidelines
Our double truck package combines a full-page educational article with a full-page advertisement on two facing pages.
Together, they create a cohesive spread that lets you share your expertise and showcase your business.
What You Provide
You will need to submit two items: an educational article of 500–700 words maximum and a full-page advertisement.
Your Educational Article
Use the article to help readers understand a challenge, explore a topic, product or learn best practices related to your area of expertise. Start with a question or common problem, then offer useful information and practical guidance. Keep the focus on what readers can learn and apply.
Avoid first-person language such as “I,” “we,” and “our,” as well as company promotion, sales pitches and claims that your business is the best. Your accompanying advertisement is the place to promote your products or services.
Please review the MBR Connect Guest Editorial Guidelines before submitting your article.
Your Full-Page Advertisement
Your ad should feature your company’s branding and messaging that complements the topic of your article. For example, an article explaining how to address a common industry challenge could appear beside an ad highlighting a related product or service.
Please create your ad according to the full-page advertising specifications in the MBR Connect media kit.
How We Put the Spread Together
After you submit your article and ad, our design team will place the ad and lay out the article on the facing page. We will incorporate colors and design elements that complement your advertisement, giving the two pages a coordinated appearance.
In short, you provide the article and advertisement; our team brings them together into the finished spread.

What are best practices for editorial?
Guest Editorial Guidelines
- Your editorial should be maximum 500-700 words, provided in Word format and submitted by email attachment to Gigi at gigi@mbr-connect.com. Please don’t include headers, footers or format beyond the basics (bold, bullets, etc.). If article does not fit on one page, the publisher reserves the right to edit it down.
- The association has the final say in what is published and reserves the right to edit articles for content and style.
- The publisher reserves the right to edit articles for content and style as needed on behalf of the association.
- Your editorial should be based on a specific issue or idea from which the readers may learn your expert point of view.
- Your editorial should not be an “advertorial” (an advertisement in text form). Please refrain from naming your company in the body of the article. Please avoid using statements like: “I,” “we,” “our company is the best,” or “our company provides.” Mention of a specific product offered by your company will likely be deleted. The article should be original and not something published in another publication.
- Any graphics or photos to be included in your editorial should be emailed as a separate high‑resolution file (.jpg, .eps, .png or PDF format) and NOT embedded in the article or generated from a PowerPoint presentation. They will be used as permitted by space limitations and subject matter.
- We will add a byline to your article, typically consisting of your name and company. We prefer not to use company logos as part of the byline, as we feel it makes your article look more like an advertorial than the valuable, educational content it should be.
- Please provide a brief bio for the end of the article. It is in the bio that you may succinctly do some marketing. It can be beneficial to use your regional sales representative’s name and contact information, even if they didn’t write the article.
- Please refrain from political commentaries.
What payment options do you take?
