Thanks for taking a minute to learn about our team! I feel like the luckiest person in the world to get to show up every day with this crew of top-notch professionals as we work to transform communication into connection across a broad range of industries. I am a passionate believer in the importance of Associations, and look forward every day to finding new ways to be good partner and add value to their members.
Off the clock I love spending time with my family, working with my wife on our small “fiber farm” (right now we have Alpacas and Icelandic Sheep), working in my garden, lots of reading (history and biography mostly), movies, a daily New York Times Crossword Puzzle (Wordle, Connections and Strands as well), and, did I mention spending time with my family?

As Administrative Manager, Gigi helps keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, collecting ads, human resources, and a wide range of day-to-day operations. She loves helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized so the team can do their best work. Her combination of reliability, empathy, and adaptability makes her an essential part of the team. When she's not at work, she's often learning something new, knitting, hanging out with her cats, watching hockey, or diving into a good book/movie/TV show/podcast.

Hi y'all! I am the eye for all things beautiful. Whether it's graphic design, websites, ads or marketing collateral, nothing gets out of here unless it's the best it can be. With our team that is not very hard. They are a great bunch of talented people. I love them all!
In my spare time I love to garden (except not this year 
), read, draw, walk, travel and of course shop online. I have a wonderful husband, two extraordinary adults I get to call my kids and a senior dog Tim. I am a huge advocate for people with disabilities and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Hi, I’m Heather! By day, I am a writer, an editor, a manager of both projects and people, an overall master of organizing chaos, and, last but certainly my favorite, a guru of client relations. Meeting new people, building relationships and helping associations grow is my jam. When I’m not on the clock, you can find me doting over my two adorable grandchildren, playing a mean game of fetch with my two fur babies or making plans for the next big family trip with one of my six amazing children!

Jordan is our veteran designer with 20+ years of experience in the print and design industry. He guides our team in the development of effective and efficient ways to improve the products we produce. He is a team player and even when things get hard, he has a positive attitude about his work.
Jordan is a family man with a beautiful wife and 3 amazing kids. He loves spending time playing board games and RPGs (Role playing games) including his favorite, Dungeons & Dragons. You can often find him helping his wife and playing with his kids. His favorite vacation spots are Bear Lake and Disneyland.

Mike's life revolves around creative pursuits: He's a graphic designer, fine artist, and musician. He wants our work to be the best that it can be, always searching for a balance between current trends and timelessness. He approaches design with a surgical precision, obsessing over millimeters and perfect alignment, much to the annoyance of his coworkers.
Outside of work, Mike is a painter specializing in portraits and abstract work. He is a lifelong songwriter and guitarist. And — most importantly to his friends — a valued petsitter.
